A boring blog, but a blog none the less...

I took the kid to a regatta today.  It was the West/South Central Sprints.  This year hardly no one was here.  There were half as many teams as last year and it was a female event only.  I wonder why it was downgraded as such?  Anyway, I pumped some air in the tires of the kids bike and we rode over to the marina.  I cannot believe the kid cold not do any tricks on the bike so I had to show him a couple.  After that I took him to some new trails he can bike ride to that are close to his house.  One of them has a cave nearby so I showed him where that one was at too.  That will give him something to do once summer break hits for him.  I dropped him off and went and got the dog. 

Mattie is such a beautiful dog.  She had whipworms for a while and I did not know it but when I found out I got her treated.  Since then she has put on weight and wow does she look pretty!  So I thought I would take her to a park since she has been "porched up" for the last few weeks.  She got to run it all out of her system (I need to do more of that for her).  Right now she is sleeping it all off back on the porch again.  She is shedding real bad right now so I keep her out there most of the time.  I love my doggie.  She is a pretty dog.
