It's all about the "U"! Love us or hate us, you will respect us.

Showed a couple of properties today.  It was a good day.  I think within the month I will have both properties leased.  Next Monday I start real estate school so's to get my license so I can make some friggen money for a change.  What I am hoping is that since I am learning as I go, once I get my license I will be much better off than I am now.  I will have some experience at it.  That should help close deals faster so the cash flow can start.  But I will be lucky to make ends meet at first.  I have been offered a three month draw once I get my license but I sure do not want to have to take it if I do not have to.  This weekend I will do my taxes and whatever I get back will help out considerably.  I guess my Gibson SG will have to wait for a while . 

Today was also colder than wiz.  I thought that my sport coat would be enough but I was wrong by so far.  At least I got to see a car blow up, sortof.  As I was showing one property, we heard an explosion so we all turned around to see a car on fire in a Walmart parking lot.  Seconds later a fire truck was turning the corner and in about a minute had water on the car.  The wind was carrying the black smoke away from the car but when the water hit the fire, a pillar of white/grey smoke engulfed the fireman completely.  He could not be seen at all for about 15 seconds.  It was plain incredible.   I hope he was o.k.

So that was my day for the most part.  Lets see how the weekend goes and get ready for school on Monday night.
