Pain
I pulled a muscle in my back. PAIN. PAIN. Damn it hurts. I put ice on it immediately. It has been about 20 minutes and I think the ice is working. I am glad I don't have to work today. I have been trying to work it out and sometimes it seems to get better. I will need to make another ice pack soon.
