I bought a charcoal grill yesterday.  I was going to go with a propane grill but I was talked in to buying this supposedly "awesome" charcoal so I went ahead anb bought a grill.  Right now I am letting the coals burn and soon some burgers will be a cooking.  It smells great!  I love to grill.  It has been a long time since I have grilled.

I must admit I am no grill expert.  How long do you wait after you have started the fire for all of the charcoal to burn?  When do you start cooking?  I don't know.  I don't want to waste the charcoals.  Is that petty?
