I may need to do some detailed research on this subject.  The press seems to keep publishing reports that keep the hope alive that this research can lead to all kinds of cures for problems that ail people.  There are no published documentations that supports this.  It is all hope.  Well I hope to win the lottery but that ain't happened yet. 

There seems to be more promise in adult stem cell research.  From what I have learned, scientists think that they can customize the stem cells to treat specific ailments. No embryo's are sacrificed and no adults are either.  So why is it that the press does not publish more reports about this?  I must admit, though, that I did hear about it from the morning news and another report tonight.  It seems to me that this would be the quickest way to produce results from research that our tax dollars pay for.  I think I will email Senator Frist and relay my thoughts as I did today about the "compromise" on the philabuster crap.  Go Frist!  Give 'em hell!  Take no prisoners.
